What is the status of my order?

If you haven't created an account yet, please register with the e-mail used at the time of your last purchase. If the item is late or you are unclear about the status, please reach out to us via the contact page and a customer representative will assist you further.
Can I change my order?
If you made an incorrect order, we ask that you please cancel the order by using the contact form on our site or e-mail us at support@allincupholder.com and then place the correct order. Please include your full name and order # when requesting a cancellation. Refunds will be processed within 24-48 hours after request for cancellation.
If your order has already been shipped by the time your order cancellation is requested, we will be unable to change your order.
